Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully. By registering with Live Pay Infotech Solutions, users agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Membership

• Membership registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Live Pay Infotech Solutions reserves the right to modify its service policies or fee structures for users at any time, especially for paid services.

2. Account & Information Management

• Once registration details are submitted and updated in our system, no modifications to the primary contact or firm details will be permitted.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords.
• Live Pay is not liable for any unauthorized access, misuse, or fraud resulting from shared login credentials.

3. Use of Intellectual Property

• All digital assets, including but not limited to the Live Pay logo, website, software, and applications, are the intellectual property of Live Pay.
• Any unauthorized tampering, modification, duplication, or misuse of Live Pay’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

4. Operational Jurisdiction

• Users must operate within the geographical area allotted to them at the time of onboarding.
• To work outside the designated area, written prior approval from Live Pay is mandatory.
• Any unauthorized operations outside the assigned region may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.

5. Transaction Policy

• Users are not permitted to charge customers any service fees beyond the officially communicated commission structure.
• Live Pay shall not be held responsible for any legal or financial implications resulting from unauthorized fee collections.

6. Data & Technical Limitations

• Live Pay operates entirely online. In the event of a technical failure or data loss due to system or third-party service provider issues, Live Pay bears no responsibility for any resultant losses.
• Users must understand and accept these limitations when using the platform.

7. Account Termination & Discontinuation

• To discontinue or freeze an account, users must provide at least 7 days’ prior written notice to Live Pay.
• If a user ceases activity without proper notification and any misuse, balance discrepancies, or manipulation occurs during that time, Live Pay will not be held accountable.

8. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

• Live Pay acts as a facilitator for third-party products and services, including airlines, hotel bookings, bus services, and telecom operators.
• Live Pay is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or losses arising from the actions or inactions of these third-party providers.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Live Pay reserves the unilateral right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued usage of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Breach of Agreement

• In case a user is found violating company norms or terms, Live Pay reserves the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, India.
