Role of Live Pay

Live Pay acts solely as a payment facilitator and intermediary platform. At no point does Live Pay assume ownership, responsibility, or rights over any products or services offered by third-party merchants, vendors, or aggregators. As such, Live Pay is not liable for any issues related to product quality, service delivery, or fulfillment of merchant/vendor obligations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed solely by the respective merchants, vendors, or aggregators from whom the goods or services are purchased. Live Pay has no authority or responsibility in determining or processing refund or cancellation requests. Users are advised to consult the relevant merchant/vendor for their specific refund and cancellation terms.

Live Pay will not be held responsible for:

• Any refund or cancellation, including associated charges.
• Payments made to the wrong party or for an incorrect amount due to user error. Such cases must be resolved directly with the recipient. Live Pay will not initiate reversals or refunds for user-initiated errors.

Prepaid Recharge Services

All transactions related to prepaid mobile/DTH/data card recharges on the Live Pay platform are final and non-refundable. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of account numbers and other relevant details before initiating any recharge. Live Pay does not offer compensation for recharges made to incorrect accounts.

Third-Party Content & Services

Live Pay is not liable for the content, listings, bookings, or services provided by third-party aggregators or merchants. The platform does not warrant the accuracy, legality, quality, or completeness of such content. Any disputes, including those relating to warranty, guarantee, post-sale service, or misrepresentation, must be addressed directly with the concerned aggregator or merchant/vendor.

Live Pay does not control or guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party content or services accessed through its platform.

Transaction Accuracy & Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate beneficiary information during fund transfers.
• Ensuring the correctness of instructions provided to Live Pay.
• Acknowledging that once a transaction is processed, it is irrevocable.

Live Pay is not liable for transactions made to unintended recipients or incorrect accounts due to user error. The platform is not obligated to verify user instructions or halt execution once a payment is initiated.
Any erroneous payment or transfer made by the user, regardless of the cause, shall not be refunded by Live Pay.

Any external links provided on the Live Pay platform are for reference only and do not imply endorsement. Users accessing such links are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective websites.

Live Pay disclaims all liability for:

• Technical errors, service disruptions, or data inaccuracies due to system, software, hardware, network issues, or force majeure events.
• Actions or omissions of third-party providers or service disruptions beyond its control.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding transactions conducted via the Live Pay wallet, the platform’s transaction records shall serve as final and binding evidence.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited solely to the user's Live Pay wallet account.
